  • General Responsibilities

    All candidates MUST be available to work Monday-Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM.

    • Responsible for daily monitoring of vehicles at auction sites
    • Work closely with Turnback and Fleet Managers within multiple states on vehicle concerns
    • Communicating with Auction Reps to resolve any issues
    • Process vehicle title requests, duplicates, and contacting variety of RMV states,
    • Documenting databases with vehicle information, pending sale, title issue, etc.
    • Timely processing of vehicle deletions in Hertz DASH
    • Complete Daily Fleet Reports
    • Research and resolve any vehicle deletion document discrepancy
    • Register unacceptable auction vehicles, returning for fleet rentals
    • Batching documents for scanning to FileNet's
    • Research missing vehicles
    • Backup to other all Fleet related Clerical Functions
    • Trained on RMV Fleet Registrations
    • Provide administrative support to others as needed
    • Other duties, as assigned by manager

    Mandatory Requirements

    • Ability to multi task daily
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Strong communication skills
    • Able to work overtime as needed
    • Strong PC proficiency, including MS Work/Excel and Outlook.
    • Massachusetts valid License for RMV work
