  • General Responsibilities

    Title and Registration Processor Duties/Responsibilities:


    Responsible for all documents necessary for title and registration are complete.

    Ensure titles are ordered on all deals prior to sending to 3rd party vendor or state.

    Process deals electronically through CVR or complete all docs required for T&R to send to 3rd party vendor.

    Ensure all titles are properly filled out and signed off before sending to state, customer, or vendor.

    Ensure all documents are accurate and accounted for prior to mailing.

    Responsible for creating FedEx labels

    Responsible for tracking incoming and outgoing packages

    Handle incoming calls from customers as necessary.

    Work incoming mail for retail locations to complete T&R.

    Work directly with the titling agency to ensure that deals have complete information.

    Must be able to stay organized and work with large volumes of customer files.

    Must be detail oriented.

    Must be able to work in web based work environment

    Must be able to work independently and as a team member

    Must be able to work with confidential PID information (Security background check (OSBI) and fingerprint required)

    Other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager

    Mandatory Requirements

    High School diploma

    Typing 25 wpm

    Microsoft Word

    Well-developed verbal and written communication skills

    Well-developed organization skills

    Detail oriented

    Ability to work independently and as a team member

    Must be able to work shift hours (some Saturdays required-usually once per month)

    Preferred Requirements:

    Previous R2B experience

    Previous Title and Registration experience

    Familiarity with Rent2Buy program
