The Program Sales Analyst will work as part of the Partner Program Team within the Sales Organization. We are looking for somebody that is passionate about making data driven decisions. As part of this role, the analyst will measure the performance of the overall partnership program as well as our various marketing activities and identify sales trends with the goal of developing end to end solutions that answer key business questions. The analyses performed will help to answer day to day questions from high level executives and drive subsequent actions to maximize performance opportunities.
The Program Sales Analyst will be responsible for working with large sets of structured and unstructured data, create reports, and collaborate across analytics teams
Bachelor Degree required; preferably in Business, Marketing Analytics, or other quantitative related fields.
3+ years prior experience in analytics. Prior experience in the Rent-A-Car or travel industry is preferred.
Practical understanding of analytics.
Ability to query and derive meaning from large data sets in SQL Server and/or Teradata environments.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; particularly advanced Excel functionality including Pivot Tables, Macros, and advanced/logic functions. VBA a plus.
Understanding of Internet technology.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
