IT Field Service Development Program is a fast-paced intensive program utilizing a balance of both on-the-job and classroom training. The program provides the analyst with a foundation of knowledge and gives them exposure to all the different facets of the business. This 18-month rotational program includes exposure to field and corporate operations to include applicable experience in many areas within our IT End User Computing group.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field required
Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred
Master’s Degree in Business or a related field preferred
Ability to demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and outstanding communication skills
Enterprise IT Services and Project Mgmt Experience
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task, be flexible and adapt to change
Strong time management and organizational skills are required
Must have a valid driver's license, be 20 years of age, with an acceptable driving record
Geographically mobile for three years, including the two-year duration of program and the year following program graduation is required
