Manager Corporate Facilities
The Manager Corporate Facilities is responsible for tactical and operational management of all corporate facilities locations (OKC Technology Center and Estero, FL Global HQ) for maintenance and construction activities. This role acts as the main point of contact for all day-to-day facilities activities. The principal objective is to ensure service delivery is to a quality standard, delivered in a consistent manner and appropriate to business need. Manage on-site maintenance staff, capital & operating budgets, external service providers, building announcements, various committees and the inclement weather team & action plans.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a degree in a business related discipline preferred.
A minimum of ten years in a similar or related role in either a building, property and/or portfolio management capacity, with hands-on experience of dealing with a large properties or property portfolios, with substantial and diverse capital investment, energy management and preventive/reactive maintenance program management. Data center experience desirable.
Excellent understanding of buildings and systems and the complex nature of their operation.
Extensive knowledge of building construction, repair and maintenance.
